Get on it folks!
A clopfic one-shot edited by yours truly, it's pure fetish fuel, but if you're into things like futa and tentacles, corruption and transformation, check out Fertile Ground, the story of what happened to the flower trio of Lily Valley, Roseluck and Daisy... on the day of Discord's return.
That's right, folks. The second half of the great crossover involving a certain famous fictional lawyer is going to prereaders and currently tips the scales at 11,574 words. Will Five Stars get her man and first Gentleman? Or are his wounds simply too deep?
While I am fighting off my continued illness, I am sustained by exellent stories. A British Gentleman (a soul of much repute) has proposed a contest to increase the number of rare stories on the site.
Link is here and he could use both entrants and judges.
The prize will be a story review and as you know, he des very very good reviews.
Hey folks--if you're missing your Five Stars fix while waiting for the next chapter, you're invited to check out A Gentleman in Training by Denim Blue. It's a very involved story about a group of human friends undergoing Gentleman orientation and boot camp, and builds on a lot of the stuff described in Five Star Service. The latest chapter, titled The Mare Behind The Mask, has a guest appearance by
It's true, I actually have been doing something over the last few months. Not much, given my lack of inspiration, but... something. The new story is going under the name of "Movie Night" and features Richard, AKA "Stuntman", and Roseluck enjoying a movie together.
Of course there's clop silly!
I watched 300 and 300: Rise of an Empire with Firesight to celebrate A Gentleman's Price and Fertile Ground, both written in 2015, for both hitting this milestone. AGP got it about a week ago with FG hitting today on Halloween of 2020. I'm proud of both of them and consider them major achievements and worth people reading to this day, even if both are radically different in tone.
Good news? Well, I sure got a nice big pile of likes! We're not even twenty-four hours into this thing and it's hit 34 likes. That's pretty decent! Far short of the feature box but not bad. A Gentleman's Price didn't feature on launch either and this story outpaced that one which only managed 32 likes over 24 hours.
Look... I tried.
I was going to update Foolers Rush In when I realized that basically everything involving the forest was written wrong and I'd need to rewrite a significant portion of the story to make it better. What's wrong with it, you may ask? The forest itself is... kinda boring. Yeah, the Highborne thestrals are all well and good and Juniper is kind of a mustache-twirler but she does her job. She's serviceable. What I really can't stand though is how empty and useless the forest is. After talking things
But it will probably be a few more days yet. Currently sitting at 10k+ words, but the chapter is only about 2/3rds done. It's tentatively titled The Attorney and The Earth Pony, which, yes, is a deliberate play on the title of a certain other story I do.
One look at the long description on this story and I knew I was going to have something about this. Hell, even Benny, a user that stopped following me months ago and completely ignores me these days, had to send me a PM pointing out the incredibly awkward thing that has just happened. Not that I needed warning, I gave a read and left a review yesterday in the early morning. I'll get to that later.
All prereads are in, and four different Gentlemanverse authors contributed multiple sections. It's coming in at over 13k words, which seems appropriately large for the story's grand finale. Just a couple minor things to take care of and it'll be ready to go... including my setting up a Patreon account.
Good day, chums! You'll be irritated to know that Movie Night is still not ready. Seriously, haven't even touched it. It's just so effing hard and I'm out of practice. Writing anything in the Gentlemanverse today requires a ton of effort to get all the lore details right. How can I make it all up to you?
How about a sequel to a story that over half of my followers probably didn't read because they follow me for the Gentlemanverse fics?
Edited by yours truly and set in the Gentlemanverse, a continuation of his previous M-rated stories The Scent of Prey and A Gentleman's Price--which, for those of you who are unaware, involve HiE and some rather interesting predator/prey roleplay... but also a deepening relationship between Richard, a human escort, and Roseluck, his latest client.
It'll be a few weeks more before I return to it, as I swore to finish off Five Star Service first. Just one chapter of it remains, then I owe Raven a Call of Duty: Equestrian Warfare chapter, then TLaTU is up to bat and I will finish it in turn, alternating its final chapters with those of Rise of Firefly.
So the main news item for this blog is TSoP. Work has started and is progressing slowly as I do my internet research to make Richard a more well-rounded guy and generally plan everything out. The story itself will be nearly identical to the original in terms of story and only minor plot changes but be far more interesting to look at structurally. I've also taken the liberty of removing Ever Ring entirely and replacing her with my own OC. The comment has long since been lost, I think, but DEL
Starting off with some good news: Fallout Equestria: The Angels of Oasis performed exactly as I'd hoped, briefly featuring and wracking up 48 likes over the course of a week. While this may not sound like much next to the RGRE powerhouses, TSoP, AGP, Movie Night, and FG, FoE stories have a habit of being roundly ignored and in fact 48 likes puts it in a two-way tie for 15th place out of the 157 stories currently sitting in the Fallout Equestria Group's
"Author of this here: Yoooooo this is my story I submitted a while back! That's awesome to see it made into a vid XD amazing work as always dude! If y'all got questions let me know below I'm happy to explain some stuff I may have missed when writing this.
