The next chapter of Conquering the World arrives today! It will be the longest chapter yet and feature a very unique concept and I went hella experimental on the first bit. So don't be surprised by it, and don't let it throw you off.

So was doing some work on C&C:ED when I thought of something, I never said or provided a reference to the Zone armour that GDI uses in the 27th century did I?

Anyways the writing of this last chapter went a bit sideways in the middle as I realised my writing plan, which I had designed to not make the chapter too lengthy ended being uhhh...
Too short.
So I improvised and moved one of the Russian plot points ahead a bit which puts it slightly out of step with the other factions which MEANS I'm doing the USA next. GLA will have to wait a bit longer, sorry people.

Anyway on to the main topic, see whilst I was out some thoughts about C&C:ED crossed my mind. Reason being I am working on another big story that in the future might topple C&C:ED and become my main focus leaving that story in hiatus limbo like so many other stories.

There's a piece of writing advice I like to give: a story should not need supplemental material to be understood. An author shouldn't need to explain things after the fact. If a prereader or commenter asks you a question, then that information should probably be in the story.

I’ve been on a roll lately. I feel increasingly reinvigorated as I do more actually productive things that result in actually meaningful results. Going through pony stories again on a regular basis is nice, and I’m looking forward to watching the rest of the season 6 episodes I’ve been missing.
