We had a 16 kw standby generator installed at our house, now, we never have to worry about a power failure, takes less than a minute and we are on generator if the power fails.

As for my story itself, I have seven thousand words written in the prologue and a friend editing/proofreading.

Yay! I'm not dead! I do apologize deeply for not having sent out a blog post in the last three to five months. 
You know. Busy with life as usual. Finding a job for one. And of course. Working on other stories besides this one. So in a sense... life's never been more busy. I will let you all know that I have been working on Twinkling Gem's sequel. In fact. I got the prologue and first chapter written out. Half of the story has been planned. (Whether that being new
I'm intrigued. The CG still takes a little getting used to for me. But I'm no doubt interested in where this goes.
Several things to say.
First, Chapter 16 of A General Destiny is still being worked on.
Second, The New World story is being postponed, as I have decided to work on the main story and then build up from there.
And finally thirdly, My PC crashed and lost some of the story of the new chapter for Star Wars the Corvette, I've yet to reconfigure a alternate version. But that to say, I will keep the Original plan in it.

So, the time has come, G5/A New Generation the movie has dropped. Not bad, though I do agree with Dr Wolf that it seemed rushed at times, likely as he said a side effect of it being under two hours. Before I'd seen it, based on rumors and clips leaked on YouTube I would've described as 'a group of ponies go searching for the magical MacGuffin only to find out what's really important'. Seriously, if'n you were a fan of G4, there's no real surprise there, it's the details that matter.

What if ANG ended, with only Zephyr Heights being reformed?
The world would still be racist but Zephyr Heights atvleast would be making progress.
I think it would allow the racism to have to be resolved more slowly but allow for a future light hearted slice of life stories in Zephyr Heights while also keeping the goal of changing the world intact.
Basically Sunny and Hitch will still be fugitives from Maretime Bay, but they will return later in Make Your Mark.
Portals. Especially the types that seem to be of the wormhole variety, in which while setting one up may take energy, once it is done, either end can be moved with little cost.
The ones from the game "Portal" is one such example. Once set up, you can go through it, and not experience any loss in energy from doing so, no matter the height difference.
Wow, that was an adventure in a half! So I've just watched the My Little Pony: A New Generation movie, and I've gotta say they did pretty good with it all things considered. Thus; my analysis shall cominse! (This might be a bit long. SPOILERS AHEAD!)
How much do you guys want to bet that it will actually be shit but the critics on Rotten Tomatoes will give it a Fresh rating anyway because "diversity and inclusion" or some other bullshit like that?
After all, Chibnall-era Doctor Who is considered shit (a few diamonds in the rough notwithstanding) and yet it gets a Fresh rating on RT.
Why, yes. I am counting on G5 to be shit because satirizing and riffing on it will be beneficial for me.

The introduction to G5 is pretty interesting. While I understand the frustration of some bronies that all the friendship lessons were replaced with paranoia and mistrust, I think it's important to present the prejudices in the film to let the viewers know that things like racism and bigotry happen in real life.
These errors are late-stage errors which I left in my fic after multiple reads. It happens to us all :(
