Awesome New Cover Art for Upcoming Story! · 2:20pm May 14th, 2017

I know I haven't been active in like...forever. And I'm really sorry about that. I had no motivation at all! However, due to Monochromatic's Raritwi contest, I've started another story. I'm not very far in, but I do hope to finish in time :pinkiehappy:

My friend, Multiversecruise, has made this amazing and adorable artwork for my entry. Look at how beautiful it is!!!

Dear readers of Home is for the Weak · 7:36am Jun 2nd, 2016

A significant amount of you has taken the time to point out that Scootaloo's plan to murder Celestia is extremely flimsy. To the criticism I would like to give the following response on how this plan would actually succeed:

I 'unno.

Good news! See, I told you I would have good news here at some point XD · 12:30pm Apr 15th, 2016

I finished the chapter in time, it's been sent to my editor so she can look it over and tell me how bad it is XD Depending on what she says, I might have the chapter up in time anyway :) It is going to be short, but I think it's fine. Next chapter (chapter 54), or the chapter after that (55), I'm going back to mainly Jax, but I think using these different perspectives was very interesting and helped with my writing XD

Daily Thought #1 · 3:02pm Aug 16th, 2017

Do you ever walk outside and wonder how many animals, humans, or other creatures have pooped or peed in the environment around you? Or how much bodily fluids like boogers and whatnot are stuck to the ground?

I just imagine this huge layer of poop, boogers, blood, puss, earwax, vomit, piss, and so on, on top of everything; parking lot surfaces, cars, playground equipment, buildings; you name it, it probably has the most disgusting things you can think of stuck to it.

Trump became president. ok.
Already generally not looking forward to much else

Fell into a prank set up to give one of the aforementioned girls a gift without realizing it
Ended up being shipped for the rest of the school year

Holy Crap in a Handbasket... · 7:20pm Oct 10th, 2016

Well, it has been done for a while now, but this has been my longest chapter in "Elements" to date. I was honestly trying to cut it back twice now (once in the previous chapter "The Flameout"), but I found I needed to cover alot within the two chapters anyway... so, yeah.

In any case, next chapter will be up next week, and the final chapter of Part 5 will be done and up by the week after.

Researching East Asia is Fun! · 6:57pm Jun 9th, 2016

So, for the past while, I've been asking various questions to various people about countries from East and Southeast Asia. It all started when I thought to myself, "Hey, Japan is pretty cool!" And it just divulged and diverged from there. Now there are several countries in and around East Asia that I cultivate an interest in, including China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Vietnam. And by far—by far—the thing I love the most about them would be to learn their languages.

Yeah, so... I really need to stop becoming confident in the release dates of those multipart recaps. Ring is having catastrophic tech issues, it seems, so he's not been able to compile part four's recap. Given his account of the problem, it's a miracle we've even got a riff this week.

Here's the finished Mystery Jukebox Shuffle. Enjoy.

New Oneshot Idea (Season 8 Spoiler) · 1:07am Jan 30th, 2018

”Silverstream is an abnormally good swimmer for a hippogriff. She soars through the sky, but practically lives for water. Twilight doesn’t think anything of it, assuming she’s just another seapony refugee, but Starswirl suspects otherwise and is determined to get to the bottom of things.

Turns out, there’s far more cat to her than bird.”

Recommended Story Reviews #11 – Tea Time, A Draconequus’ Guide to Immortality, The Cost of Life, Shipping Goggles, Correspondence · 10:14pm Jul 19th, 2016

Weeks ago, I started on this set with the intention of including a review of Eternal. Alas, I ended up reviewing five stories before I got around to reading it, and consequently it (along with Skywriter’s Heretical Fictions) got pushed off to another review post.

Why?

Because sometimes, when I’m stuck on a story, I go back and read through stories by others in the hopes of capturing some of their magic.

Short one for y’all today, ‘cause I’m editing and stuff. Also mandated overtime at work this weekend (a call-in), one of the residents didn’t return when he was supposed to and that’s a problem because there’s a court order, one of our new guys is taking the week off and my manager spent today being lazy and a jerk, and...

Apparently legendoflink drew a thing for this story over a year ago.

Description:
"Sighing, you tuck Pinkie under your arm and walk into the living room. Pinkie stretches her legs out to the side and makes airplane sounds as you walk."

Was reading a story and decided to draw a little snippet of it.

I stumbled upon it while scouring ponybooru for pictures of Pinka Pank. I like Pinka Pank.
