Sunset Shimmer was probably the one thing that kept Equestria Girls going past "Rainbow Rocks". It's ironic that she could start out as perhaps the weakest villain in all of G4, and yet within the span of a single movie she became not just a great protagonist but perhaps one of the greatest things G4 gave us. She even got a chance to be a very rare thing in G4 and in western media in general: An anti-hero (a hero without heroic qualities), which she became during "Forgotten Friendship".

Like the title says. Sunset Shimmer was originally going to be the girl who hooks up with Mac but I chose Fluttershy instead. I am going to rewrite the story so that its actually before he got into the ring. And of course Sunset Shimmer will be his love interest. It will be much different. Chapter 5 is currently in the writing process and should be finished by Saturday at the latest, Thursday at the earliest. It will depend on what comes up tomorrow and how that interferes in the writing process.

Chapter 5 brings us back to Sunset and her training with Yoda and I hope I can do a better job of writing Yoda's dialogue than I did in the first chapter.

Chapter 4 is out though it is about 300 words shorter than I wanted it to be, but when a good cut off point presents itself when you're writing take it.

So, I started writing this chapter immediately after chapter 3, and basically spent the entire weekend working on it so I can't wait to see what you all think!
