A lot is happening this end-of-year, and I'm getting really excited. I've got a good list of games I want to play desperately (meaning, I have NO reason to ever be bored during my downtime between projects) that I do want to try to get to before the year is out. Thanksgiving is here. Diets will be blown! Party games will be played with the family. Toilets will be destroyed and then people will roll out to various stores to pillage like their barbarian forefathers did. Except, instead of gold coins or salted herring it will be for things like weird computer gizmos and clothes that don't fit.
So I don't really have much to share this month. I've been updating "Do Ponies on Earth Have Magic Dreams" pretty regularly and trying to get more feedback on that, I've been trying to go back to school so I can get a teaching credential, and all in all, I've been trying to just get through every week without feeling like I'm being crushed by stress and anxiety, which is actually why I've been looking at a career shift.

Sorry would have actually tried to write something today except I spent literally all my day with family.
Saw the Grinch movie. It was fine. Thanks Illumination Entertainment, I still dislike your films even if this was slightly bland, padded, and real fluffy looking. Gave me a push and more ideas for my story, except I still find the movie passable at best.

Going to ramble for a bit.
I've been thinking a lot about why it is that I'm so obsessed with the Dazzlings, and came up with some reasons. Which is good, because spending months thinking about these fictional characters and only coming up with an "I'unno, I really like their hair?" would have made me feel like a complete gibbering lunatic. Possibly. I'm not sure because I don't feel that way right now.
Hehe.
Sometime today I'll be posting a chapter from two stories to show my thanks to you all for sticking by me. I would have put up three chapters to get one story finished, but I didn't have the chance to have the last chapter get a look. So maybe soon I'll put up that chapter as an early "White Christmas" gift. 
I think this holiday is pretty much just about getting some time off of work and eating a lot these days, but happy day anyway! It's unfortunate that this will be the first year I can't see my own side of the family due to my mother being on post stem cell replacement restrictions about seeing people, but...you know, she's alive. It's rough, but it's among the things I am thankful for.
Might as well ask - got anything in particular you're feeling thankful for today?

Well, it has been done for a while now, but this has been my longest chapter in "Elements" to date. I was honestly trying to cut it back twice now (once in the previous chapter "The Flameout"), but I found I needed to cover alot within the two chapters anyway... so, yeah.
In any case, next chapter will be up next week, and the final chapter of Part 5 will be done and up by the week after.
