Behind the Scenes: July · 2:11pm Jul 26th, 2015
It has been awhile since I've done one of these, huh? I wanted to wait until I had some truly exciting news for you, so that's why it has taken until July is almost already over.

Lets get this off first thing: this is not a straight-build. This is also only the first portion of my plan for the Super Fumina. Fortunately, I need only wait for the third kit, which comprises the parts for Phase 2, to arrive.
So, this has been a work years in the making. I was going to wait until chapter 2 was completely finished before publishing this, but then I got a nice comment from FanOfMostAnything of all people asking if there was more, and I guess that motivated me to go ahead and put it up. Thanks Fan!

Striking while the iron is ice cold on this one, but Djinn, Jack, and Cider getting featured in Equestria Daily’s Applejack Day fic roundup yesterday gave me the impetus to finally finish this. Or at least get it to a point where I’m happy posting it. Time for a bit more from the magical land of Siderea…
Oh hey...did I forget to tell you that Alicorn Swicheroo has been getting worked on?
I might have forgotten to mention it.
Chapter 5 is already off to the editor.
Chapter 6 just sailed past the 6K word mark and isn't what I'd call "close" to done.
Pretty soon, there will be something in the area of 20K new Alicorn Switcheroo words for you to read with your eyeholes.
Like, real soon at this rate.
Stay classy.

I was experimenting a lot with FL Studio back in 2009. In May of that year, I came up with a happy-ish tune that fit into my mold of the [Trials] series - that being a series of music that took more effort than other ones, and thus were usually better. Well, I came across that old tune again, put it through a new genre, and came up with a really satisfying beat.
Because I've had Dungeons and Dragons on the brain lately, and have actually been thinking about this. I have come up with two builds for MLP's Twilight Sparkle, and one for EqG's Sci-Twi. These are going to be set up as level one builds in order to use as PCs. I am also using only official material, and of that, what I actually know about. They are also not intended to be perfectly optimized for power gaming or such. Finally, I am not going to be putting the actual numbers in the Ability
How are you?
I hope you are well. My, the falcon truly cannot hear the falconer these days can it? I hope you are safe.
Switching rather violently in terms of tone and substance. If you read my posts you might hear some allusions here and there to a massive " project".
The Project, which I have been a part of on and off again for about six years, is an Alternate Universe in the truest sense of the world. AS I put it in a comment I just left : ''
Once I no longer have to throw my entire focus into finishing the story, oh boy are things gonna get worked up.
You know those story ideas on my userpage? The ones near the bottom of the list with additional info? Yeah, those are gonna be the stories I write.
Three serious stories
Three comedies (counting the one about being displaced).
The revised Episode 5 of Pony la Pony is up!
Much like the previous revisions, it doesn't change the story or events much at all. It's mostly the way things are written that's changed, more in my style and more... cohesive. In character. I would recommend reading this one again, if only because it was a good chapter to begin with and I managed to make it better.
Ever have trouble finding pseudoephedrine because of pesky government restrictions on buying America's favorite nasal decongestant due to stupid meth-heads trying to synthesize meth from it?
So were the authors of this paper, who came up with an entirely reasonable and rational approach to solving the problem:
So, seeing as there was a lot of interest in What's your problem?, I've decided to use the sequel as an opportunity to play out a few ideas that have been tumbling around in my mind ever since Twilight first introduced the exchange students.
Sorry for such a later monthly post, but this month has been rather chaotic. Either way, I have plenty planned, from a new chapter and a new tidbit from Journey To Hearth's Warming. Not much new stuff outside of a new series I'm attempting on Reddit and Twitter. This new series will be covering writing in general; rather than stories I'm posting on there, problems I have in modern writing, covering world-building, character growth, and story direction; more details here,
