FINALLY! Part 2. · 1:37am May 4th, 2017
The revised Episode 5 of Pony la Pony is up!
Much like the previous revisions, it doesn't change the story or events much at all. It's mostly the way things are written that's changed, more in my style and more... cohesive. In character. I would recommend reading this one again, if only because it was a good chapter to begin with and I managed to make it better.
There are several reasons this took so long, but those aren't really anypony's concern. Just know that, I've got a lot going on right now. Lots of things are coming to fruition, and I've only got so much time to work on everything. So while I will immediately start working on the Episode 6 revision, it might be another 2 months before you see it. As for Episode 7... I don't even wanna guess.
There's also been a couple of changes to the story itself. The description has changed a bit, and I changed the sub-title from "An Untold Story" to "Shattered Lives". The original subtitle felt generic and bland, with no actual relation to what was happening in-universe. And out of universe, since clearly the story is being told. And I don't intend for any kind of magical "cover-up" which would force this to be in-canon with the real MLP stuff. The new sub-title fits a bit better. To me.
Is there anything else I'm forgetting? Probably. But I'm running on- let's see, 10:30 pm to 4:45 am, that's 1-2 1-2-3-4 and 15- at most 6 hours and 15 minutes of sleep per weeknight, probably not much more on weekends because I stay up til like 2 in the morning. that's for the past couple weeks. And I've had to work, write this story, work on another couple stories, stay up to date on tv shows, work on my youtube channel, stay up to date with other people's youtube channels, and deal with family stuff. But I'm okay! Mostly.
While we're here, are any of you cute pegasisters from the Elmira area of New York state? I'm more self-confident than I've ever been and wanna try putting myself out there. I'm gonna regret putting that in.
