Feeling rather emasculated, Caramel tries his hoof at apple bucking to prove his masculinity and autonomy. The results are less than stellar.

Caramel's life could be considered a simple one at best, but a boring one at first. He's never been one to easily make friends, that's for sure. He sticks to himself mostly and attempts to stay out of the way of the lives of ponies around him. It's easier that way. Simpler. Talking to ponies is a challenging enough task on its own merits, but romance? He's never dreamed of romance.

Of course, that all changed when Big Macintosh entered his life.

It's nice when you get to spend time with your couple's family
It's even better when they're happy to do so

*Warning: This has a wimpy pony in diapers being told it's okay to be in diapers. If you don't like that, I ask you read this anyway, and tell me if it's tolerable.

Caramel is often described as being on the wimpy side. Not terribly strong, he constantly gets himself stuck in situations where he needs saving, usually by one of his employers, specifically the strong, powerful Big Macintosh.

Today was particularly bad, as his secret lifestyle of foal play snuk into his daily life when he forgot to take his precious pacifier out, and runs back to hide in his little world. One pony follows after him, though, and likes the little pony he finds there.

While traveling to spend time with the Apple Family for Hearths Warming Eve , both Big Macintosh and Caramel decide to at the very least enjoy their time together by exchanging gifts in their icy train cart after their train gets stopped in the middle of their journey due to heavy blizzards.

It makes you realize just how much you don't actually mind doing things. As long as they're for someone you care about nearby. After all, it's just another memory to make.

Caramel has never been a brave pony. He's constantly second-guessing himself and since foalhood has found it difficult to see himself for who he is. Having only lived in Ponyville for a few months he doesn't know much about his object of affection, Big Macintosh, but in a surprising burst of courage he may just be on his way to the happiest times of his life.
