After her parents’ divorce, Silver Spoon has chosen to move to Manehattan with her mother instead of staying with her father in Ponyville. It wasn’t an easy decision, leaving all of her friends behind, but she felt it was necessary. Living in the city will mean that she will have more opportunities to follow the destiny her new cutie mark has chosen for her after she was changed by the events of The Silver Spoons.
In the city, she will make and help friends new and old, find love for the first time, figure out her feelings toward her parents after all they’ve done, and find a way to help her aunt and autistic cousin through their hard times.
All the while, she’s trying to figure out why Luna insists on visiting her dreams and what her older sister, Octavia, meant by her last words before she headed back home.

Silver Spoon has never been considered a fan favorite among the fans of My Little Pony, and with good reason. She isn't really that developed in the show aside from being a constant brat and bully towards the Cutie Mark Crusaders with Diamond Tiara, but why is she like this? Does she partake in such actions just for pleasure, or does she have some other, more tragic motive for being so crude?

When Apple Bloom and her friends discover that Apple Bloom is being paired up with Silver Spoon for a class project, they finally get an opportunity to discover Silver Spoon’s true nature. At first, the three crusaders begin to assume the worst and prepare themselves for the worst week of their lives. Apple Bloom is unsure whether she should trust the grey filly. She is eager to finish the assignment before Silver Spoon can deal out any more painful and bitter insults. However, as Silver Spoon begins to spend more time away from Diamond Tiara, Apple Bloom begins to realize that Silver Spoon is a much more tolerable and pleasant pony to be around. Apple Bloom begins to trust Silver Spoon more and more over the course of the project as tragic secrets are revealed that were once hidden away from all to see. Is this all just some clever scheme; a facade put on by Silver Spoon to milk sympathy from others, or is life served with a silver spoon not as sweet as they were led to believe? And when she learns the truth of Silver Spoon's parents, can she really be mad at her for all she's done?

Silver Spoon wanted nothing more than a summer spent shopping and hanging out with her best friend. Except when she finds out Diamond Tiara went on vacation for the entire summer, and her dad forces her to run his summer lodge by Swan Lake, Silver Spoon knows this will be the worst summer ever. Especially when she finds out who her first customers are.

What's worse is after a canoeing mishap, Silver Spoon finders herself drawn to a certain crusader.

Can she resist Sweetie Belle's charms?

Apple Bloom is having a normal day at Ponyville High; taking notes, listening to boring lectures, dodging doofus jocks and bullies like Diamond Tiara... that is, until she finds a note on her locker from someone she didn't think she would be seeing again for a long time.

Silver Spoon, the Cutie Mark Crusaders former bully alongside Diamond Tiara, has returned to Ponyville and invited them to attend her upcoming birthday party. But why? Follow the Crusaders and their friend as they prepare for the day, while reminiscing on the events, good and bad, that brought them to this point.

They'll soon find that gold isn't the only thing that can remain untarnished.

Finally, the summer vacation has started. But for Silver Spoon, this doesn't mean fun and play. She has to go to summer class. And if going to school during precious summer time wasn't bad enough, Apple Bloom is there, too. But what seemed to become a nightmare of a vacation slowly turns out to be a chance to finally change a lot of things in Silver Spoon's life.

It's Diamond Tiara's birthday. To celebrate, her father promised to get her anything she desired. A promise that leads Diamond Tiara and her father to a family owned jewelery store.

But when she picks out something the owner refuses to part with, what's a filly to do? Well, one grey filly seems to have the perfect plan for both sides to get the things they most desire.

Hello, my name is Diamond Tiara, and I am here to tell you the story of my eleventh birthday wish. You see, it's rumored around the schoolyard that the eleventh birthday is very special, in that any wish you make for it before blowing out the candles on your cake is just meant to come true! So when I wish for the best year ever to have fun and spend way more time around my friends and family, I get a little more than I bargained for.

For an entire year I will have to deal with ordinary family and friend things like spending time with them, celebrating Thanks and Peace day, and all sorts of things that happen every year. But my birthday wish seems to want to be a smart flank, and is also putting my friends and family through exciting things I wasn't even thinking of... Well, I hope you at least enjoy the story of my year, cause I have an entire year worth of stories to go through!

Diamond Tiara goes too far and gets caught, now the Cutiemark Crusaders hold her fate in their hooves. Silver Spoon argues for leniency telling the story of how they met and of how they received their cutiemarks.
