Fluttershy happens upon everything she's ever wished for. Beatiful foals, the stallion of her dreams, she's happy. But in a turn of events, is everything she has be too good to be true?

A derailment at Ponyville Engine Sheds means that Locomotion has the day off, so he decides to spend it with Apple Bloom and Sweetie-Belle. While hanging out at Sugarcube Corner, the two fillies tell him the tale of how Fluttershy and Big Macintosh first met, and how the Cutie Mark Crusaders, having nearly ruined everything for the two ponies with the whole Hearts and Hooves day fiasco, tried to make amends for it all...

Fluttershy is accustomed to a much more quiet kind of Hearths Warming, but after getting married to Big Macintosh she spends the day celebrating the holiday with the Apples. Looking back on the day she realizes that it may have been the best Hearths Warming she's been a part of yet, but she still has one more gift to give before the night is over.

Big Machintosh and Fluttershy begin a companionship during the first day of their high school lives and try keep each other sane in a school that had already labeled them as outcasts for being overtly shy, among other things. As the year progressed, this companionship eventually changed into something more.

But both lives are instantly changed forever when Big Mac investigates a rumor about his new 'friend'.

Life can be tough for a farmer. After a rough season Big Macintosh needs something to keep his strength going, fortunately, something worth living for isn't far away.

Fluttershy finds herself in love with Big Mac, but is too shy to tell him how she feels. She tries to find a way to be with him, even if it means by Zecora's magic. Nothing can stop the power of love. It's up to Fluttershy to prove herself, and to build up the courage for the one she loves.
