Twilight Sparkle is holding a pot luck, and Rainbow Dash has to bring a dish. Will cooking be as easy as she thinks?

(This story was written for an Equestria Daily speed-writing challenge that assigned a theme and only allowed two hours of writing time.)

Lyra explains the unfortunate series of events that drove her to cry when the parasprite devoured her pie. Very minor shipping elements, with Bon Bon, obviously. It was inevitable.

Twilight finds a dusty old book full of puns and begins to use them, much to the dismay of her friends, considering her puns are slowing down their travels and they need to be PUNCTUAL.

Rainbow Dash knows that she's done something absolutely deplorable when she lets her rage get the best of her, and it seems to her like the only thing she can do is run away. Can she sort out her feelings before things go too far, or will her friends have to deal with two losses?

An alternate series of events from "The Last Roundup."

Princess Celestia tires of constantly being surrounded by decorum, deference, and formality, and decides to take a day off from being Princess. But visiting Ponyville incognito is harder than she expects. Will she be able to fit in and make friends without blowing her cover?

With Pinkie Pie's brutal murder the whole of Equestria is on high alert. With no clues leading to who did it, it begins to look like Pinkie's killer will never be found.
Rainbow Dash begins to find herself loosing control both mentaly and physicaly. As Applejack tries to comfort Rainbow Dash. But she unintentionally becomes her next target.

What would you do to bring the one you loved back? Would you risk the safety of everyone just to have those last few moments with them? After a terrible accident, Rainbow Dash finds herself lost in a world with one less friend. It seems the only thing she can do is sulk until Twilight comes across an ancient spell that is rumored to bring back the dead, but only for one week. Is it worth it?
