Derpy's life in Ponyville hasn't been too easy since her mother passed away three years ago.

She finds a stallion - Doctor Whooves. Can he cure her sadness? Could she possibly find love?

Derpy doesn't have the easiest life. Her eyes being a little wacky, her balance not that great, her clumsiness, they all make things hard for her. Some ponies call her stupid, others just not right. But when it comes to family? Derpy is an expert.

Thats probably why her favorite tradition is decorating the tree.

I've had this in my head for a while now, and I hope you like it, because I like it!

A small Doctor and Ditzy one-shot that popped into my head, slightly inspired off of Owl City's Galaxies.

In this world lives a Pegasus, named Derpy.Who is loved but judged by many. So what happens when she falls in love with an earth pony called Time Turner. A colt who treats her equally and never even thinks to judge her?

When Doc left the reception early, he declared in his fancy Trottingham accent, “You were brilliant!" He grabbed me into a strong brief hug, with back pats, that left no doubt that I had been embraced by an earth pony stallion. And as quickly as that, he set off across the town hall’s ramada.

Me? Brilliant?

"Wait, Doc!" When he turned on the steps, I said, "You haven't eaten anything. It's free food. Not only that, it smells good, too.” Mostly, I wanted to ask what he meant by “brilliant.”

Little did I know this meant discoveries about fundamental physics, fixing a time machine, and learning the truth about my special talent.

After stopping the Daleks a week ago, Doctor Whooves decided he would take a break in Ponyville. There he met a pony who he saw potential in. Even though she seemed a little, loopy, he saw her as something different, something beautiful.

Debra Hart leads a rather plain life, discounting the disasters caused by her clumsiness on a daily basis. Luckily she meets a man who adds a bit of excitement to her life, though often in the form of other-worldly beings that want to kill them both.
