This fic is the product of another one of Nitro Indigo's text prompts. This one: Portray a pony with Naked Foal Syndrome. It ended up morphing into brief character study on Smolder, but that’s not a bad thing for a fic to be.

Smolder has a thing for Ocellus. She has had it for a long time, but each time she is given the opportunity to profess her feelings, she chickens out and swears next time will be the one. Hopefully this one will be the one.

After all, it has been years since they last spoke, and they are not getting any younger.

Applejack always knew Pinkie Pie knew things, though she could not quite place how she did. Pinkie has seen fit to share certain secrets with the mare. But when Pinkie feels an impending dread she hasn't felt since she was a filly, Applejack might have to reveal her secrets to keep Pinkie from going overboard and doing something she might regret.

Three fillies are caught up in Pinkie Pie's race to change their fates whether they like it or not.

Sweetie Belle and Silver Spoon have been dating for six months. It hasn't been easy for Silver Spoon to get over all her bad habits, or for Sweetie Belle to completely forget the past, but with a little effort, and a lot of love, they've made it through together.

That's why Sweetie Belle knows that this, their first Hearth's Warming together, should be perfect. Especially since she won't have a chance to see Silver for two whole weeks. And the perfect Hearth's Warming date, of course, needs the perfect Hearth's Warming present. Too bad Sweetie hasn't found it yet.

Will Sweetie Belle be able to find the perfect present at the last minute? Will she be able to balance it with giving Silver the perfect night?
