Returning from their honeymoon, Shining Armor and Cadence have organized a get-together in Canterlot for their friends and loved ones. Twilight and the other elements are all invited, and the invitations mention that Princess Cadence has a special announcement!

If only they had known that this announcement would turn their world upside down.

When everypony else has left one of Pinkie Pie's parties, Fluttershy makes a personal confession to the pink mare but flees before seeing her reaction. Pinkie then leaves for a week to spend time with her family on their farm outside of Ponyville. As the return of Pinkie Pie draws closer, Fluttershy becomes anxious and starts to doubt whether she made the right choice in letting out her secret.

Fluttershy has a crush on Pinkie Pie. She goes to some of her friends for advice. It turns out wooing an energetic pink party pony isn't quite as straightforward as she hoped.

Pinkie Pie has been recruited by Princess Celestia herself to fill in for a sick tuba player for the upcoming orchestra concert in Canterlot. But when she's having trouble with some of the music, the only one who can help her is... Fluttershy?

Rarity discovers an old tradition involving the exchange of felt dolls as a sign of affection. This sparks a brilliant plan to play matchmaker with her friends, and between herself and Twilight.

But brilliant plans never go as expected, do they?

After Getting Chicken Pox at Fluttershy's Pinkie stays with her for a week as to not get anypony else sick, and so they can have company seeing as how it will take a week for them to feel better. But from the time they spend together, new feelings emerge. How will they deal with these strange new thoughts?
