Bubblegum's Adventure

Chapter Forty-five, Musical

Beastman knocked on the door, hoping to see Bubblegum.

"Bubbles?" He yelled. "You there?"

"Just getting ready!" She yelled. "For the day..."

"Mmmk!"

Bubblegum walked outside of her castle. "What did you need again?"

"Oh I just wanted to say hi to my beautiful Bubbles." He kissed her cheek.

Fire Hoof looked at them from a distance with binoculars, jealous.

"Grr! Me? Jealous? I can't believe she would say that!" He pounded his hoof against the ground. "I'll just give her these flowers! That way, she'll have to take me back!"

Fire Hoof walks up towards the castle with the flowers as he gave them to her.

"For a princess." He then bowed.

"What do you want?" She said, rolling her eyes.

"I wanted to prove my love to-...."

"Listen, I am not in the mood today so just leave."

"Not until-"

"Until what?"

"You say one thing you like about me."

This will definitely make her fall in love with me He thought.

"I don't like you at all! Geez it's like I have to work in order for you to stay away from me!"

Bubblegum walked off as music started playing. "Nobody works hard around here accept for me!" She leaned her hoof on a rail as it broke off.

Bubblegum
I work all night, I work all day, to pay the bills I have to pay

And still there never seems to be a single penny left for me
"Don't sit there!" She motioned to Beastman, trying to sit on a chair.
That's too bad
"It's broken."
In my dreams I have a plan
If I got me a wealthy man
I wouldn't have to work at all, I'd fool around and have a ball

She ran over to a bridge only to find Cupid and a choir

So I must leave, I'll have to go

As the song ends, Bubblegum looks over at the two stallions, taking deep breaths.

"Wow." Fire Hoof states. "I have to give it to ya, that was impressive."

"But I seriously do have to work harder than anyone around here! Trying to keep you from leaching off of me, keeping up with all of the events going on, trying to get a job!" She sighs. "It's hard work!"

"I guess, if you really want me to leave you alone, I will. I hope we can still be friends though."

"I think I need a little time, Fire."

As he leaves, Bubblegum grabs Beastman's hoof and walks to Twilight's house, ready to try the new spell she's been talking about.

"I'm so glad you both could make it!" She said, walking in her library for more books.

"Glad we could make it!" Beastman said, reading a script for something. Oh this should get interesting... he thought.

"Anyways, the spell is called 'Fusionist Crossterious'." She read the first page. "It says that it's meant to merge two ponies together to make one pony controlled by it's own mind and body."

"Is there a counter spell to reverse the effects?" Bubblegum asks, curiously.

"Yes. At least, that's what it says here. So who should we merge first? I've always wanted to see what you and Beastman look like together."

She pricked her ears up right. "Um, you have?"

"Yeah. Ever since you guys got together."

"I don't know about this..."

"Oh come on! It's not that bad!"

"Fine!" Bubblegum shouted. "I'll do it! But only because this is really annoying!"

Beastman and Twilight rejoiced.

"Great! I'll get to work!"

Her horn started to glow as Beastman and Bubblegum began to merge together, their bodies slowly combining as they successfully fused, growing in height as well as growing a tad in width.

Twilight looked at them with a huge grin. "The spell worked! I did it!"

"What happened?" Their fusion said in an Australian accent.
