Since Equis and Earth met, there have been many changes. One of these changes is humans celebrating Hearth's Warming, especially if that human is dating a creature from Equis. When Discord pops into my room to celebrate with me, I realize I'd forgotten how much earlier in the month the Pony holiday is. We try to make the best of it, and even with a couple of major hurdles, we still have a nice time together.

Short story that popped into my head last night. Discord is having problems with depression, so I go to visit him and cheer him up like a good coltfriend. Just some pointless fluff, really. Trigger Warning: Contains graphic, intense usage of puns.

Prince Blueblood receives a letter that crushed his dreams for a potential romance. Feeling despondent, he mopes around the Castle, until he meets a very strange pony who gives him advice.

(This is very firmly set in the same 'Verse as my two other stories, so if you haven't read them, you'll have no idea what's going on. Not an actual sequel to Spawn of Secundus, this is a side story in the same story that takes place after Chapter Six.)

After a year of wedded bliss, Secundus makes a slight error, and presents Thorax with their child. Deciding to make the best of it, the two of them give parenting their best shot. They weren't expecting large parts of what would happen, but wouldn't trade it for anything. In this mis-matched family, all that really matters is that they love each-other, no matter what.
After all, it's not like they could send him back!

The gods must have a strange sense of humor. Without even bothering to consult me, they sent me from Earth to Equestria, and changed me into a Spirit with no identity of my own. In order to find out who, and what I am, I'll have to meet with a cast of crazy ponies, but will end up finding my place in the multiverse.
