Maud Pie was such a prolific poetry writer, having written thousands and thousands of poems. Sure, they were all about rocks, but still she wrote thousands of them.

Pinkie Pie decided she would try her hoof at poetry.

All great story-tellers were struggling novices in the beginning, and for one pegasus stallion, he is no exception. Aspiring to become a weaver of tales himself, he struggles to think up and write his first story. Then one night, he steps out onto the balcony of his home, and gazes upon a wonderful sight which he has spent the past year observing, and as he watches, he slowly discovers inspiration for his story.

After the invasion of Canterlot failed, the Changelings were given a strict rule by their Queen. No Changeling was ever, EVER, allowed to speak of that failure for as long as they lived, neither were they allowed to utter the name of the princess who defeated their Queen, lest they pay the penalty of Death.

One Changeling accidentally lets slip the name of the princess during a meal, and immediately Queen Chrysalis sentences him to die by stoning.

His execution doesn't go the way she had in mind, though...

This story based and inspired by one of my favorite scenes from Monty Python: Life of Brian.

Princess Luna was saddened that ponies did not show appreciation for her beautiful night sky one thousand years ago. Her sadness turned into bitterness, and her bitterness turned her into the terrible Nightmare Moon.

So the Mare of the Night takes flight to the far cold mountains of the North, and there, she sings her woes, and ponders over the answer to the question that cost her everything she had all those years ago.

Inspired by a scene from the 2013 animated Disney film, 'Frozen'.

Derpy Hooves returns home one rainy and stormy night. She's on her way back home, to bask by the fireplace, and be surrounded by the ponies who matter to her in her life.

Maia Baterra didn't have an easy life. Being a bat-pony, she was the victim of much ridicule and cruel judgement. She was accused of being a vampony, a bloodsucker of the night, as well as a demon from the pits of Tartarus, among other things.

She didn't think she'd ever find acceptance.

Until that one night, when she was cornered by a couple of low-life thugs. They were intent on raping her. Then he came along. He saved her life. He took her somewhere safe, and looked after her.

He was unlike other ponies. He walked on two legs, not four. The legs he walked on bent forwards, not backwards. He had no cutie mark, and had a strange mark upon his chest. He was as unique as she was different to other ponies.

These differences, in which they find similarities, will bring them together, and together, they will find acceptance and even love in one another, in world that doesn't want them.

- Can abnormality find love and acceptance in a world of normality? If my followers and subscribers can accept me for who I am, and the creature I am, then I believe that even the most unique of us can find that most precious and rarest of treasures in the world.

Fluttershy is on her way home from her walk near the Everfree Forest with her pet bunny, Angel, and she stumbles upon a piece of leek. The timid mare, for reasons she cannot begin to fathom or explain, finds herself compelled to pick it up and just flail it around...
