Twilight notices that Princess Luna has taken a rather interesting approach to arranging the stars lately. However, when the princess of the night herself comes asking for help in recovering her stars Twilight fears the worst. Twilight, Luna, and Spike set off on a search that will take them to places Twilight has only read in books. Will they be able to locate the source of the problem? What exactly is making them disappear? Can they do anything to stop it from happening?

It has been three months and fourteen days of silence from Princess Celestia. Twilight has suffered from insomnia, anxiety, depression, and malnutrition. Spike and her friends have tried everything they could think of to get her to spend time with them or take a break outside. Nothing has worked and just when everything seems hopeless, a letter arrives. A letter from Princess Celestia, though something seems a bit off.
