No I can understand it, but you didn't add in that they weren't in pain, you implied that it didn't hurt, but I can only imagine that expanding like that would dislocate bones, and stretching parts like that would make internal ripping across organs, as well as crush other organs from inflated lungs.
Not only that but I don't think pinkie could breathe, I'm guessing you won't kill her, but getting crushed under your own body mass must be painful, talk about a fun way to die being crushed by water weight and then suffocating to death as her neck snaps. lol oh I can only imagine

Anytime you deal with fetish stuff like this, realism needs to be soundly chucked out the window. So the whole anatomy thing goes bye bye. To be truthful, i don't understand this fetish and don't really like having it full stop, but i understand what it means to other people, so i write.
The only problem with having it written as a pleasant surprise if you will is that i still want proper characterization, and i am quite sure pinkie pie wiuld be the only one who might willingly be inflated. The best middle ground i can find thus far is that they are unwilling at first, have no choice, but once it starts, they enjoy it.
