Read and write for fun!

T

Wallflower Blush actually manages to erase the memories of the rest of the 6 with the memory stone. But instead of getting their memories of their entire high school life erased, she erases the memories of all of the friendships they made after attending CHS. Now, It's up to Sunset Shimmer to fix this wrong reality and get everyone’s memory back. But seriously, How?

Starts with an alternative ending to EG special : Forgotten Friendship

This seems REALLY interesting, I am excited to read it

Wall Flower better pay the price, if she wants to be famous, she can be known as the girl who destroyed the mane seven for ever.

Hmm, okay I'm intrigued.

Hmm...I'm interested.

Interesting.

Wonder if Trixie will try to help Sunset in getting the girls' memories back? Ditto for Spike (since Sci-Twi is probably gonna freak out when finding out he can talk)?

Well, it's an interesting development. I'm curious to see what will happen next. For now, I'll just wait for the next chapter.

This is just a fan made story and I already know what happens in the actual cartoon that I watched on YouTube, Sunset Shimmer does manage to save the Rainbooms memories by sacrificing her own memories and the Rainbooms in return ponied up with Sunset to help her destroy the memory stone.

Cutie Mark Crusaders are helping Sunset! AWESOME!

“Applejack told me to keep it a secret that she and ah are sisters. Not many know about it, ya know.”

Hmm, I wonder why it's a secret :derpyderp2:

So far so good. Looking forward to the next one!

So did the CMC's memories of the Rainbooms' friendships also get tampered with or were they safe due to not being hit with the blast?

Also, what about Spike and Cadance, where are they in all this regarding Sci-Twi's erased and altered memories of how she got in CHS?

Did Trixie ever get out of the locked yearbook room or did she spend the entire night there?

In the prologue, Wallflower erased all the memories of the friendships they made, which means it erased everyone's memory (including the people who are not the rainbooms) about them. The blast hit the sky, not the girls. You can see the description where it says the films of memories were gathering from everywhere.

Also, for Spike, Cadence, Trixie, I'm planning to write about what happened to them in future chapters..:trixieshiftright: You will be able to see them soon!

Okay, good explanation. But then how do you explain why Sunset was the only one who lost all her high school memories when she took the blast in Forgotten Friendship, considering by that logic, everyone else still would've lost those memories regardless if Sunset tried to take the blast?

And how come Sunset didn't lose her memory of the Rainbooms being friends too?

Since it only affects the CHS students (minus Sunset and maybe Trixie since Wallflower knows they tried to stop her), does this imply the Rainbooms' parents as well as the CHS faculty (such as the principals) and even Crystal Prep people like Cadance still have their correct memories? Or are people outside CHS students affected too?

It's because in the canon episode, the blast from Wallflower was directed at, and only at the rainbooms. So, once Sunset took the blast instead, it only erased Sunset's memories. In this story, the wipe wasn't directed only at the rainbooms. The blast was directed at the sky and everyone who has the memories were the target, so yes, the people outside CHS are affected too.

And for why Sunset wasn't affected, I was planning to explain that sooner in Wallflower's perspective. But, if you want the explanation, it was because Wallflower excluded Sunset from the memory wipe on purpose. Wallflower's original plan was to revenge to Sunset. She let Sunset keep her memories because she wanted Sunset to see all the consequences of the memory wipe. (It's kinda the same logic Wallflower used when she tried to erase the rainboom girls' memories of high school life in the canon episode)

Sci- Twi is also appearing, cool!

Glad you added Trixie into it as well

I am very excited and looking forward to what will happen next.

Here's the major plot hole in Wallflower's thinking in every universe. If she had destroyed those memories, she still would've lost. The girls already knew each other before Sunset arrived at the school, and then Sci Twi came in last.

Unless she erased basically their entire lives in the special, they wouldn't even know who Sunset is at worst. Sunset would have to start from square one, but they'd have zero memory of her bitch queen of the school days, so...

Interesting how Trixie's the only other one that didn't get her memories further altered from Wallflower. Any reason so far on why Trixie didn't get her memories altered further? Unless Wallflower also wanted to make Trixie suffer for helping Sunset by allowing her to keep her memories while everyone else lost their memories of the Rainbooms' friendship.

I get the feeling that without memories of her friendship with the Rainbooms, Suri Polomare had something to do with how Rarity ended up (probably had to be outside school since Suri's in Crystal Prep).

So, what did Rarity and the others think happened to Sunset after the fateful Fall Formal when the memories of the Rainbooms' friendship were wiped completely?

Trixie is affected by Wallflower's memory wipe just like the others. What makes her different is the fact that the memory wipe was only about all the friendships the 6 made after CHS. Trixie still has the memories of helping Sunset at the year book editing room, and Wallflower using the memory stone and everything that happened in the canon episode. So, that's why Trixie still knows about Wallflower but doesn't remember about the Rainbooms.

And about the memories of the events after the fall formal, the erased memories about their friendships probably won't do anything about it. But don't forget that Wallflower erased all the memories of Sunset being nice! I guess they would think that Sunset is a jerk who had a terrible downfall :(

Pretty good, definitely interesting seeing more of how Sci-Twi is coping with her altered memories.

Oughta get more interesting with the implication Sci-Twi regained her memories of friendship again. Did she only regain her memories of her close friendship with Sunset only or did she also regain her memories of Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Applejack, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie too?

If Sci-Twi regained some memories, does this mean the memories Sci-Twi regained were also regained by everyone else too?

Glad you enjoyed it!
You will get your questions answered in the next chapter! :ajsmug:

I really enjoyed the latest chapter. It was a lot better and more entertaining than the previous one. I am very curious to see what will happen next.
