ya, the problem is finding the right balance with it, like with Star. I can't have Harp be a wreak all the time, but the cracks also needs to be there. Just going back and remembering where she has actualy been, Harp has seen some serous shit. Unfortualy she is also the leader, and she cant just brake down and cry about it.

I try, the world doesn't revolve around Harp after all, though right now she is an important pony in this area. And when politics are invold, things tend to get messy with how many people want a piece of any pie. I also try to make the conflict as natural as possible, as this isn't a place were you can just kill someone and get what you want... well you can, but a lot of powerful people will get very annoyed, and a bit worried. but the whole point of this story is preventing things from devolving into barbary, and how much that can suck at times.
