But what about the others? I can't identify who they represent in the film
Pinkie Pie=The hangman (hangpony in this case) or the union soldier? (I don't know how to refer to the character)
Rainbow Dash= the old Confederate general or the Mexican one? Both?

Wow, things went to hell real quick I already expected Applejack to die from the poison, but it didn't even cross my mind that Pinkie would too, or that she would pull a fucking minigum and take Rarity to the ditch with her. The conversation in the next chapter should be a little strange, with three of the characters who would participate in the "negotiations" already dead
So Sunset is the mare in the basement, unexpected, but this will make things complicated for Twilight, since that Sunset just wants to kill her and probably doesn't care about Fluttershy's well-being, that means Twilight probably won't just blow Sunset's head off, at lesat not like what happened in the movie with their counterparts/spoiler]
I definitely didn't expect Rarity to be alive after getting so many new holes
So unlike the film, where whoever arrived at the inn would find the place full of bodies scattered around the place, Here we have a much more complicated crime scene, as there probably won't be much evidence other than a burned house and the bodies in the well, and Raimbow, wherever they buried her.

I hoped you liked it and my various changes. I wanted to keep the story fresh while keeping to the same story.
This was a pretty decent interpretation. I like that it wasn't a one to one adaptation. Don't think it deserved the downvotes it got so soon.
There was definitely room for a bit more that could have been done but I liked it.
