This really seems like it's missing some things, between Starlight seemingly having no reaction to Trixie's violation of her, to no way that Rainbow's sex with Twilight connects to the vore going on.

Yes it clearly is missing things, these are stories that didn't qualify as becoming standalones or that I didn't have just the right amount of ideas to work them out.
Rainbow Dash/Twilight and vore? There isn't anything beyond sex in this chapter. If you though the chapters are connected, they are not. Every chapter is a different event without any overlap. Also Starlight was in peril of dying and just realized Trixie betrayed her. That realization made her speechless, the betray was to great of an emotional hit (it's implied in the story). Also she probably had other things to worry about than being sexually molested by Trixie.
As said, these are random ideas that didn't qualify for "real" stories. There might someday be a new one if I got an idea that is ok enough to write, but not good enough for a story.
