There's no way to use the image this story is based on as cover art. Not even cropping the image will help.
Why is the cover art just a picture that says "no image available"? Was this a mistake or something? What was the original cover art, then?

It was not a mistake, it´s supposed to be that way. You can look for the Image the Story is based uppon and then you know why I habe a “no image avaliable” as Cover. (Image is not disgusting but violates the rules quiet good xD)
