Well I think it Spike shouldn’t have an organized harem where every mare he fucks forms part of it and tries to make every other female part of it (I like it in Truthful Dragon but it would be too similar). Spike would be the one to scheme but I’d recommend to set a limit to his power (like he can use use it so many times a day depending on how strong is the change he made). Also I’d like for Spike to not care for the husbands and boyfriends, he will cuck them and would find pleasure in it.

That is an interesting idea, and I'll definitely at least include that the harem of Spike won't be the ones trying to add to it. The limit is more of how long can he stand the heat (Currently being 4, and it can go lower if he gets too injured by the heat or other ways.)
I'm still determining what to do with the husbands/boyfriends, so that will be for now a case by case thing.
