Yes, Pinkiw Pie…
Not a particularly memorable beginning, although the possibility that Pinkie may have inadvertantly ruined her family's lives by her party-loving ways is one that I haven't seen before.
If there is a real problem with this story is that it doesn't really seem to be doing anything at the moment. It's an awfully odd use of a chapter to basically be Pinkie's journey to Ponyville. You could have cut out the middle of the chapter without causing any harm at all to the story. Then you could have included more of Pinkie's impressions of Ponyville and her finding a place to settle, which is really what it should have been about.
So... neither thumbs up nor thumbs down at the moment. It needs to get better but could be a lot worse.

Well, you see, this chapter, along with the next few, are actually introducing the mane 5 to Ponyville. more of their impressions will come later as the story progresses, but for now its kind of introducing how they got to Ponyville.
Also, we needed to know about Sawdust, because he is important to the story later on.
