I liked how Esmeralda felt jealous of Sombra getting attention after hearing he was hired on the spot, I do hope she'll gain the courage to reveal her feelings to him.
And I can't wonder if Sombra were to turn her into a pony, what kind of species would she be turned into be it an Earth pony, unicorn, Pegasus, a bat pony or a Crystal pony? This is just my over active imagination popping up crazy ideas, this story is yours after all. xD
Loved seeing them bonding over gaming tablets and I gotten a good chuckle from Sombra feeling home sick.
Keep up the awesome work my friend. Here's an idea for a future chapter, have Sombra react to classic Monty Python sketches such as The Lumberjack song, the dead parrot, the Spanish Inquisition, the Viking spam café, some scenes from The Holy Grail movie such as the Black Knight, the French tauter, the tale of Sir Lancelot, the killer rabbit and the 3 questions while watching these clips he would be laughing so hard that he can't breathe.
