Both deserve it tbh. Celestia had to deal with the pain of banishing her sister and running a country on her own for a thousand years. Luna had to deal with being trapped on the moon for a thousand years and the constant guilt of her actions as the Nightmare. The only problem is that while Celestia managed to stay relatively healthy in body and mind, Luna created the tantabus to punish herself. Luna needs a better way to heal herself.
A surprising well working relationship! I like the subtle nods and uses to other events in both universes. It's all extremely thoughtful, down to the smallest details. The use of the famous riddle adds tremendously.
