She does arrive relatively early and soon, yes! I have a timeline figured out and A New Hive's events are factored in.
D'awwwwww.... Safe at last! Wow its been quite a trip to get here, but dang if it isn't cathartic for Berry and Pinchy to get some relief. And whew is C*** Bucker I mean Cloud Kicker a horndog. That was quite a little rollercoaster there. But then wandering through the halls of the celebrity pones and intermingling with all the characters. Pinchy being her absolute adorable self as always. Thanks for another awesome chapter of this wonderful story. Eagerly awaiting the buggos~
Equesteon's ninjas have been chopping onions again. I was actually tearing up ehen Bery got AJ's and Rarity's attention. And I love Rarity's "Neigh?"
I've said it before, I love your writing. I can't wait to read what you have instore for the reunion with Comet, Carrot Top, Minette, et al. I'm hoping they are in the plan.
I must say, I had a big stupid grin on my face for the whole scene of Berry finding the Mane6! So sweet and heartwarming and powerful, you conveyed so well what she's going through at that moment, and let's not forget how awesome it is to get this brand new perspective on characters and events we got to know in other stories!
Really, it feels so good to meet again these characters from the original stories; I don't know why, but they feel even more real and, yeah, almost mythic here (well, I know why – it's you doing a banger job with Berry's narration). And I can see how this could've served as an endpoint once, it truly has this feel of having reached the promised land, the reward at the end of the long, arduous journey, especially with how Berry reflects on her own story and her progress – she came such a long way, literally and figuratively, it's beautiful to see. The parallels with and significance of the plushie were also a nice touch, tying directly into that.
And I still love how thoughtfully you integrate so much of the Five Score 'verse', like the significance of this discussion on accents. Honestly, this makes me all the more excited for what you still have in store for us! Whatever it is, I already know for certain it's gonna be awesome!
(Oh, and this “She knew my name! / Wait, that’s not surprising.” will never not make me laugh!)
I love this little idiosyncrasy from Five Score made it into your story. The Alicorn Princess Goddess needs her coffee.
This chapter in particular is always such a joy to read. With all the horrors and pains that Berry has been put through, it's incredibly rewarding to see the payoff of her finally making it to the finish line of that dark part of her journey. That it itself would already be amazing to read about, but having her be saved by my characters and the scenes from my own story! It's incredibly heartwarming to say the least.
(Even with it obviously all being within stories.) Setting something up, and then, years later, seeing those actions directly help someone who really need it! It's just wonderful, and I thank you for letting me have that experiance
