The Great and Powerful Trixie is lonely on Hearts and Hooves day. The supreme ruler of Cobra, Cobra Commander himself, is jealous of all the ponies with special someponies around. With Destro and Baroness trying to make him happy, what could possibly happen? Trixie X Cobra Commander of course. Bits of Derpy Hooves, Cutie Mark Crusaders, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie. Characters are all ponies, with the GI Joe characters all in ponified bodies.

I can actually see these two getting along quite well. In fact... I think I like the idea that Trixie got the alicorn amulet from Cobra Commander to help him test it before that episode happened. She of course returns and tells him to get rid of who ever made it for him. They continue going on dates until Twilight becomes an alicorn. Then they start getting really serious about each other.

I originally planned for a sequel, but that fell through when the person I was discussing ideas with dropped off the face of the internet. Don't intend to do one now, not since I have other stories I am working on finishing, but I am pleased you liked this old gem
