Thanks for reading everyone!

This was fantastic! There are many time-travel fics out there; this one is unique in that they just peer into the future, instead of actually going there. Instead of a crisis to solve, everything is okay. The emphasis on the bond between Twilight and Spike is adorable and admirable. And despite the relatively short length of the fic, you managed to throw in a nice red herring of sorts with that last line. Well done!

At one point I was confused, then realised, the spell had been cast :derpyderp1:. You should have put a break between the precast and aftercast or something.

She couldn’t decide weather to be surprised or not when Princess Luna summoned a heavy sack of bits and passed it to Princess Celestia.

Should have been "whether" :derpytongue2:.

...she hummed my disagreement...

And you are Spike :rainbowlaugh:?

Your my little dragon and I’ll hold you for as long as I want.

Didn't you mean "you're" :ajbemused:?

So what did future Twilight want to say, when the spell broke?.. "I'm retiring"? "I'm redundant" :rainbowlaugh:? This itches me...

As for the story itself: it warmed my heart!

That was really good.
