That being said, it's culprits, not culprets. Also, you have a habit of substituting 'were' for 'where'. Also, this story makes little to no sense. Other than that, it's a decent read.

Also, potential ruining the story as I'm exceptionally picky about this so... Is it just me, or has everyone forgotten about the memory spells? I know how that someone could've easily meddled with the minds of the guardponies in the hospital but, a simple memory check of Twilight and friends, along with an alibi... Well, potential plot holes are going to be numerous, I just hope you find and plug them all up.
I'll be keeping an eye on this...

Look at those chapter dates!! The fact someone can post a second chapter of a story, nearly seven years after the first, is extremely heartening for the amount of amazing unfinished fics across this site that seem to have been abandoned.
