SYNOPSIS:
Equestria is in dire need of a hero. Crime runs wild amongst the streets of Equestria, and amongst the crowd a mare of unspeakable threat to peace and safety. When a policemare discovers a stallion frozen beneath the ice, she may have found Equestria's answer to its most dire problem.
Now lost in time, the Detective Pony finds himself racing against time to put an end to the case of Tempest Shadow, and with allies around him, this may not be as cold as his former prison.

I am interested. One quick note that I will make; if he's Ditzy's age (and presumably both are adults), then he'd be a stallion, not a colt. It's not enough of an issue to be a serious problem, but it was distracting. Look forward to seeing what comes next.

I liked the line about a look that made people want to dig their own graves. You may want to consider asking around for an editor; you have a decent story, and a little polish would make it even better. Capper was an unexpected addition, but not an unwelcome one. Enjoying the read.

I plan on developing Tempest as a character in a similar fashion the movie did originally, just on a more sinister level. I will say this however, some chains have lower links, but Tempest's chain goes higher (it's symbolic in a way I guess. Kudos to you or anyone else who can guess what I mean by this haha)
