SYNOPSIS:
Equestria is in dire need of a hero. Crime runs wild amongst the streets of Equestria, and amongst the crowd a mare of unspeakable threat to peace and safety. When a policemare discovers a stallion frozen beneath the ice, she may have found Equestria's answer to its most dire problem.

Now lost in time, the Detective Pony finds himself racing against time to put an end to the case of Tempest Shadow, and with allies around him, this may not be as cold as his former prison.

Coloratura and the gang go to a get-together at Sweet Apple Acres in Ponyville, and after a few drinks, Vinyl discovers she's drunk enough to flirt with Octavia the only way she feels comfortable doing so: Singing.

With the help of Tenor Rhythm and the others, she may just succeed.

This is a short story in spirit of my Elements of Music idea I will explain in better detail!

The Apple and Pear families, once separated by a feud that began in the youthful days of Granny Smith and Grand Pear, had ended with the unification of Pear 'Buttercup' Butter and Bright 'Mac' McIntosh. However, as the Pear family left to other areas of Equestria, the Apple family soon began to forget about the Pear family and their descendants. When Apple Bloom's great-granddaughter Apple Pear finds a passageway into the Spirit World, she discovers her forgotten family roots and learns just how much her family loves her, pear and apple alike.

A sweet tale about finding where your roots belong and a reminder as to how much your family loves you, written with knowledge of a family's love and affection for each other, and how far they are willing to go to give their everything to the offsprings of the family, no matter how old or young they may be.

UPDATED SYNOPSIS:
Fluttershy's day is usually taken up with her attention to her animals. One day, Discord decides to lend her a helping paw (or claw) with her animals. Will his chaotic abilities help his dear friend, or would it spell Chaos for Fluttershy and her animals? Or will a misunderstanding cause more problems than chaos itself?

You know there's a happy ending here.
