Getting Ready For A Wedding

With a still upset Posey Shy, she still couldn't believe that her son gave his nephew something so dirty, in her mind Spike is too young to be looking at a Playpony magazine.

When she reached her sons home, she landed in front of the door and knocked, after awhile the door opened revealing her future daughter in law, "Hello Spitfire, is my son home".

The young mare nodded, "He is", then she let the older mare in as Zephyr walked in the living room from his daughters bedroom.

"Hey mom, glad you're here because-Wanna explain to me why I found THIS is Spike's bedroom", she dropped the magazine in front of him glaring as Spitfire became shocked when she saw it.

He became nervous, "I-I think I left something back at the Wonderbolt headquarters", he tried to leave only for his fiancee to step on his tail wanting to know also.

He was flying in place, "Tell me, why did you give Spike a Playpony magazine", he heard his mother say, he gulp and landed turning to the two mares.

He needed a way to get away, "Hey mom, Spitfire...why are you both more beautiful then Princess Cadence", he asked putting on a smile.

"That's not gonna work, tell me why you gave that to him".

He gave a sheepish grin, "I-I just thought that he was old enough to have one".

"Old enough...Zephyr he's just a kid", his fiancee told him glaring still as his mother nodded.

"He'd...played with himself last night while looking at it", that shocked her son and Spitfire.

"He did", the engaged couple said in union causing the older mare to nod.

Suddenly Zephyr chuckled, "That's puberty for ya".

"You know what, you're sleeping on the couch for a week starting tonight", she suddenly said as he cried a little and nodded, his worst nightmare came true ever since they got together.

"Don't ever give him anything like that again, he's too young to be looking at those kind of magazines", his mother told him before she started to head out.

"Mrs Shy, the wedding is next week", the older mare nodded in understanding.

"I'll let my husband, daughter and Spike know", then she walked out the home.

Spitfire turned to her fiance with a glare, "I can't believe you have Playpony magazines".

"I don't, n-not anymore".

"Are you sure, don't you lie to me".

"I don't, I got rid of them ever since we got together", then he smirked, "Besides why would I need them when I got the sexiest mare alive in my life", the athletic Pegasus mare blushed.

Then she couldn't help but smile when he nuzzled her giving her a kiss, "Fine, you're getting laid on our Honeymoon, but after that...oh boy you won't be having sex for a long time", he pouted at that.

Minutes later back at the cottage, Posey arrived and entered the home, her husband came trotting up to her, "I already talked to Zephyr, Spitfire will punish him", she told him.

"What did he say?"

"He gave it to him because he thought that Spike is old enough to have one, anyways Spitfire told me that the wedding is next week", her husband nodded in understanding.

Then they headed inside while the stallion headed upstairs with the cloak, he knocked on his grandsons bedroom.

"Come in", the stallion entered the bedroom.

"Need something grandpa".

"Just letting you know that your uncle's and aunt's wedding is next week", the colt nodded in understanding.

Then thought of something, "Hey grandpa, will there be dancing at the wedding?"

The stallion nodded, "At weddings there's always dancing, anyways why you wanna know?"

"So I can ask Scootaloo, but I never danced with a girl before, s-so can you and grandma teach me how to", again the stallion nodded putting on a smirk.

"Sure thing, come on lets head downstairs", then they both started making their way down to the living room.

When Posey saw them both, she was gonna ask her grandson to help her tend to the animals, the stallion walked up to her.

"Honey, you mind me showing Spike how to dance with a girl", his wife nodded putting on a smile, then started moving the furniture away.

When they were done, they went to the middle and stood on two hooves holding each other close as their grandson was watching and learning.

"You hold her like this, then start moving your hooves like this", then they started dancing.

The colt watched as his grandmother giggled, "It's been so long since we danced together like this Joe", she gave him a kiss, he spun her and dipped her.

"You're the most beautiful mare in all of Equestria", he told her making her blush thanking him and giving him another kiss.

They stopped and turned to the colt, "Did you get all that", their grandson nodded.

"Now try dancing with your grandmother", the colt became nervous and nodded, then walked up to his smiling grandmother and started practicing how to dance.

With Rainbow Dash, she was getting off of work and was heading home, suddenly she got stuffed in a sack causing her to become confused.

Then she started struggling, "What the hell, let me out right now", she continued to struggle why being dragged away.

"Be quiet Dashie, you'll ruin your surprise", the athletic Pegasus mare reconized the voice.

"Pinkie, why the hell are you kidnapping me?"

"I'm not kidnapping you silly, I'm taking you to your date, I found a special somepony for you, he's a Pegasus and he's a fast flyer like you so he'll be able to keep up with you".

The rainbow Pegasus blushed and groaned in frustration, "This again, Pinkie for the Five hundred time, I'm not looking to date anypony right now".

"But Scootaloo needs a daddy, do you want to give her one, and maybe a couple of brothers and sisters", that caused the mare to sigh and let it be.

After awhile, the rainbow Pegasus asked, "Are we there yet", suddenly she was placed on what she believed to be a chair.

The sack was lifted up and there across from her was Soarin who was just as confused as her, there was also a table in front of them with a lit candle in the middle.

The pink party pony ran off and came back with a waitress outfit and a notpad, "I'll be your waiter and chef for today, now what can I get you two soon to be love birds", she looked at the two.

"Pinkie, I'm not dating Soarin, he's Fluttershy's boyfriend, I would never turn my back on her like that", the stallion nodded feeling the same way knowing he'll never cheat on his shy girlfriend.

That caused their party friend to gasp remembering that, she took the outfit off and tossed it away, "You're right, I'm sorry you two".

They forgave her, then looked around, "Uh...were are we exactly?"

"Don't know, come on let's head back to Ponyville", then the pink party pony zipped away, the two Pegasi shrugged and followed her.

Elsewhere on the edge of Equestria, Fluttershy and Rarity aboarded the train with a smile glad that they completed their friendship problem.

"I'm happy those two forgave each other", the shy mare nodded feeling the same way.

Suddenly the fashionista smirked, "So.....will I get the chance to make a wedding dress and tuxedo for both you and Soarin one day", that caused her shy friend to blush turning to her in shock.

"Rarity...w-we haven't even talked about marriage yet", then she couldn't help but smile at the thought of her boyfriend proposing to her after a romantic dinner.

Was she ready to get married to the stallion she loves, then she thought about having another child and how Spike won't be her little boy much longer.

"Hmm...m-maybe I should talk to Soarin about this tomorrow afternoon", she thought to herself, then her and her fashion friend started talking about other things.

In case you're wondering, I have Spike the Alicorn Book 2 on Hiatus because I'm trying to figure how how to end it, with a sad heartbreaking cliff hanger or a time skip

Wedding Bells are in the air & Zephyr lives to see another day.

Great chapter Spike M and as for thinking of an ending for Book 2, I suggest a Time skip of roughly five years, that way he's a young adult still trying to learn the ways of being a father and trying to balance out his harem.
