Hello everyone. After watching RWBY and listening to some of its songs this idea began bouncing around my skull, so i decided to write it down. Please know that the prologue and first few chapters will be sad and this story has spoilers for RWBY. I am also counting some segments of RWBY Chibi as canon. Please don't read if you haven't seen RWBY but plan on watching it, but if you don't mind the spoilers or have already seen it then i hope you enjoy this fic! I am also counting this as a Displaced story and the tags will be changed as needed. I'm also going to try and include the songs from RWBY into this story though links because they've helped inspire certain scenes and they're just that good!

Have you ever heard of a cartoon called Yin Yang Yo? In that show the male characters name was Yang while his sister's is Yin. That's one reason why I think of it as a gender neutral name. Another reason why i didn't change it is Yang's name can mean 'little sun dragon' which is her dads nickname for her and by changing 'Yang' to 'Yin' completely changes the meaning of her name due to everything Yin and Yang represent.
