When Raziel was consumed by the Soul Reaver, his life extinguished before him giving Kain the strength and sight to fight the Elder God, he thought his soul would inhabit his blade forever, But a spirit from an unknown realm gives him the chance to have another life.
But it seems Raziel isn't the only one from the four planes alone in this world....How will Equestria handle the Wraith? What is the other beings plan?

But there is a defining mistake here,
(Raziel still had the Wraith blade up, its dull spectral green glow lighting up the whole clearing.) the Wraith blade glows green in the spectral realm and by default, blue in the material realm or different color depending on what it's been imbued with:
Red/Fire
White/Air
etc.
I think the last imbued form in Defiance was Gold/Whitish for Holy or Light element (I also havent played the games in years, its a classic though
And also, what you named "Kain's Headquarters" is Actually "Sanctuary of the clans" and Kain's throne is among the "Pillars of Nosgoth"
(Just some tidbits, dunno if you made that by choice or missed detail
EDIT: D'oh, looks like i gave a bit of false info there, the one Kain has his throne on is "The" pillar of Balance and collectively Pillars of Nosgoth.

The last Reaver is in fact, as Dusk said, the Spirit Reaver, upon consuming Ariel's purified soul, when activating the Spirit Forge.
The other reavers were, in order of acquisition: Light, Dark, Air, Fire, Water, Earth (at least in Defiance).
I was long waiting to write such a fic, but you seem to have raced me to it. And it's quite good, nonetheless.
It would be a nice thing to also rememorize some of the events in the older soul reaver games, such as the a part recalling the Sarafan/Vampire brothers in arms he murdered (Melchiah, Zephon, Duma, etc), and adding more on the background for those who don't know would also be advisable.
I will keep an eye on it, to see how it develops.
Edit: The only flaw to this is that the Spectral variant of the Reaver is in fact Raziel's entwined soul. The cycle begins in Defiance, upon Raziel being consumed by the sword to defeat the Elder God. In Soul Reaver1, Raziel. newly a wraith and blinded by rage, first fights Kain in the Sanctuary, and he is overpowered by him shortly. Upon trying to strike Raziel down with the complete Reaver, the material variant shatters upon hitting Raziel, releasing the Spectral variant in the spirit realm, where Raziel's two souls (Wraith and blade) bind together. The cycle is then reiterated by the paradox created along the three games.

The grammar hiccups here and there, the aforementioned errors that the first two commenters have already stated, and Zecora not speaking ENTIRELY in rhyme are a few of my gripes with this fic...
As a fan of Legacy of Kain, this is interesting (as i've always found "what if" stories post "Raziel enters the reaver at the end of Defiance" to be rather interesting), and i wouldn't mind coming back for more in the future, but some of these errors of technicality and characterization MUST be addressed before that.
That's my two cents... Keep at it.

Hello, me again. Listen, i'm not sure if you know this, but the name of the Hylden Lord is "Hash'Ak'Gik". Just thought i'd point that out. I'm planning on reading the next few chapters that you have presented... mostly because i have not much else to do.

yeah, i think i'm done. It's still too choppy, the dialogue is a fair bit jumbled, and Raziel seems a little bit too "shoe horned in" than being a part of the story (even though you are trying to make him part of the story). I still see alot of grammar and formatting issues (get an editor, dude), and Raziel is just a little bit OOC (I should know, i've done the same thing when writing my first crossover LoK fic way back when... it was terribad too...), and not when the situation calls for it.
Also, getting back to one of the major concerns... the dialogue. You have to understand that there was a "Shakespearian" quality to the dialogue in previous games, where it was deliciously melodramatic, with hints of dry wit, and topped off with sprinkles of metaphorical notions for the weightier topics that resided in the game. Not just that, though, but the vocabulary is much more than just any normal banter. The conversation between Raziel and Mobius below is a great example of all of this.

You also forget the opening Soul Reaver 2 when Kain and Raziel are conversing in the Chronoplast, When Raziel was conversing with his past self, and when he was conversing The Hylden Lord a couple times, but thats a few.
