Epilogue

When we got their we told Celestia about everything that had happened. We had a funeral for Wind Storm and redid the wedding. We even had Pinkie and Sun Burst arrange the reception. We partied all night. It was just what I needed to take my mind off Wind. We honeymooned in Las Pegasus and partied at Sun Burst's club. After about three days of partying, we returned to our normal lives in Equestria. I returned to my job as captain of the Covert Flyers as a day job and Dash got her wish of becoming a Wonderbolt. Life was great. Dash had to take a leave of absence from the Wonderbolts shortly after starting because she became pregnant. We had a beautiful little foal pegasus with blond hair, that we named after the one who saved my life. Wind Storm. The funny thing about it is, neither one of us remember ever having sex for her to become pregnant in the first place. Oh, well. Just one of those mysteries that will go unanswered, I suppose.
