Am I the only one who really hates Celestia, Luna, and the element bearers right now? None of this would have happened if not for them. Nightmare Moon hasn't been a bad ruler either. She isn't enslaving ponies, using mind-control, or whatever else.

Hell, Nightmare Moon under the guise of Star Secret was considered an excellent choice to be put into a position of power, and Celestia even considered her a friend. But when the disguise drops, I guess that's all thrown out the window because she's evil Nightmare Moon right?

And yet knowing Nightmare Moon was going to the castle to help her best friend, Celestia told the humans where Nightmare Moon was... which ended up getting Vinyl killed. All of this for what? To take back their kingdom because Nightmare Moon is evil? What she did to Twilight didn't have to happen if they left Nightmare Moon alone, neither did the changeling's death, or the deaths of any of Celestia's little group.

Nightmare Moon actually had a friend and even admitted to giving up her dream of rulership if it meant Vinyl would live. But now Vinyl is dead, all because of the damn Princesses and their little self-righteous cronies.

Remember they don’t know any of this. For all they know nightmare moon has the same personality as when she was first born-evil, manipulative, etc. It’s a classic case of misunderstandings :(.

Ok first, love the story so far. Second, why is there a human tag?

this shows that both sides make mistakes, and are not nessesarily right in how they pursue their goal. Celestia and Luna have made plenty of mistakes in their war agaist Nightmare, just as Nightmare has alowed plenty of wrongs to be done in her name, espesially when she first took over the kingdom.

You can argue for how its Celestias and Lunas faulth that Vinyl died, but in my mind, just as much of the faulth for her death lies with Nightmare. This is why I hope that Vinyl stays dead. Nightmare really needs to experience a loss at this point. A loss that was partly her faulth, that she could not stop even tho she gave it her all.
