Also whats the inspiration behind the creatures, its like something out of Alien.

7251045 A lot of inspiration for the creatures came from imagining several traits from different animals thrown together and finished off with the xenomorphs' black colour schemes. In particular, the growing shrimp-beetle came from looking at a lamprey and a frill-necked lizard.

Eh am no fan of jumping points of view but maybe this leads to something interesting. I mean the story is about Nightmare Moon right?

Seems like a corruption more than monsters.
