I open my eyes. I'm in a dark room, laying on a bed.
ooh! This is an escape level of a game! To escape! I bump into a wall.

"Mommmmmmmmmm!" I start to cry.

"Button? Button!" My mom clobbers me in hugs and kisses. Not that enjoyable. The CMC are here in five seconds.

"Button!" They yell in unison. Hugs, and showers of kisses from Sweetie Belle is all I feel. Rumble is now in the room.

"Button!" He yells. Can they only say my name? Oh well, at least Sweetie's kissing me.

"What. Is. Happening." I say.

"You slipped in a coma and we thought you were dead. Sweetie pointed out that your beanie was still spinning, signaling that you were alive." Rumble explained. I start to cry again.

"What's wrong?" Mom asks.

"M-my I-ideal w-world! It's gone! I never got to open the gift!" I start crying harder.

"It's okay." Sweetie says.

"Oh, Button?" My mom asks.

"Yes?" I reply.

"You're grounded." My mom walks away.

"Noooooooooooooooooooooo!" I scream.

"Pfft. Overdramatic." Scootaloo scoffs.

I need other friends.

What's with the short chapters? Also, as for the rest of the story, I don't even understand it. If he was in a coma the entire time, that means you just used one of the most cliché twist endings in history. Also, having him in a coma doesn't excuse the other characters from being out of character. If anything, you're justifying keeping them out of character. It doesn't excuse them being out of character when he wakes up. And then he gets grounded at the end for no reason. It doesn't make sense at all, really.

5922071 exactly. Also, if you read CUTIE MARK NECROMANCERS YAY! It states Button killed himself when he was five, his mom revving him, causing he beanie to spin. Therefore, if he were to die, it would stop spinning.

One: The chapters collectively equal a the lengthen of a suitable chapter.

Two: The comments are literally screaming at me to not read.

Three: The author made a purposeful trollfic.
