I didn't see this fic last time I checked your stories and It looks interesting, so I'll give it a review. To start off, that description is epic. I really wish I could get my own story description down that well. Onward to the writing. Bam. Instant psychotics. Huh, such a fun and caring vibe you've got going on here. Ah, Cloudkicker, the winning pony herself. Shed.MOV. I like how Fluttershy can change so quickly between dual control and overriding Butchershy out of worry. Wait, she downgraded from a scalpel and pain juice to a lighter? Oh, nevermind, she brought out the saw. Indignation. Wow. Comedic relief is a fun tool to use. How in the world is she still alive after she woke up? Hmm, after all this, a quick death? It's a trap! Lo and behold, out comes the lighter again. Ow. Ow. Ow, ow,ow,ow,owowowow. For some reason burning hot metal has always been one of those things for me, you know. Just...Eeugh.
I'm not catching enough (normal) grammar errors to fret about so I'll leave that alone. Take a look at the second sentence of the third paragraph. The fifth paragraph needs to be split into three. (just split Cloudkicker's quotes from the rest of it) A tip: Try not to use the word "very" unless someone is talking internally or externally. Things become much more tremendous when you work your ways around "very" instead of using it like a shortcut. First sentence of paragraph thirteen is missing the word table. After this point I got too engrossed (emphasis on gross) to look for mistakes anymore.
Overall this is good. You've captured murdurous insanity after it's first one or two kills. I won't really be able to say much more than this because I've never been a big fan of the grotesque and gory, but good job on this so far.
P.S. I vote Beavis and Butthead from Cloudsdale as the next victims right after Thunderlane

Weird thing about this, is that I freak out whenever I make a spelling or grammar mistake.
