I would like to say I concur with GAMEZ IS GOOD. To clarify that means If you, as the author, wouldn't mind could we have an alternate chapter end where Spike willingly mates with Winona, and perhaps we could hear about the pups born of such a union, this is of course if you don't mind doing that! I honestly like the base premise of the story Winona is in heat and wants Spike to be her mate, though the rape part makes me slightly uncomfortable.
Just finish up this first then worry about the new stories.

Good start i'm interested even if it's morbid interest. I also have an idea that Spike could try. In the last bit you stated that other dogfood would make Spike obese in no time. Maybe dedicate a chapter to Spike being so scared of Winona and what she has planned for him that he finds and gorges himself on the fatty dogfood in hopes it will deter her and one of two outcomes happen. One: It doesn't deter Winona or two: Twilight finds out before he can gorge himself and stops him.
