jajaja Ese Spike es un lokillo XD
Spike makes all kinds of sacrifices. First he watches her make five new friends who all ignore him, and then just continues working for her while the six of them go on too many adventures without him. Now he admits defeat and supports her endeavor to win over the mare he's in love with.
Also, this should probably be fixed:
Contrary to what most people like to believe, they're Spike's friends too. There were also a couple other lines that bugged me a little...
Why's that such an unorthodox thing? Spike usually looks out for her just as often as she looks out for him.
That's the role Spike has dedicated his life to since childhood. The only thing about this that's new for Twilight is the romantic nature of her affairs.
The ending gag didn't make much sense either. It needed to happen for the humor to play out, of course, but Spike's fire does more than send stuff to Princess Celestia; it burns stuff, too. We've even seen him produce a card from his fire at will. The scene could've been improved if you'd come up with a reason for him to use the wrong kind of fire.
this was a really sweet chapter
"Do you want to share it?"
Oh spike, hahaahahahahaha
Twilight is going to be so mad when she finds out what Rarity is doing.
Though, I do sometimes wonder why saving the land repeatedly doesn't make them rich.
This should end in a sparilight threesome!
3216202 i second that
SPIKE. IS. BEST. FRIEND. EVER.EVER.EVER.

I agree wholeheartedly. If it's going to go that Spike isn't gonna get Rarity, and Twilight's apparently her mare, at least the threesome does give Spike the one-night stand with the mare of his dreams, even if he does it with his adoptive sister.
Off topic, but why do we have to show Twilight as a lesbian? Sure, she had has very little experience with ships/crushes or that evasive feeling of love in general, but I think that thanks to her books, she has a bit of an idea. I mean she's not a idiot--a bit adorkable and naive, but I think she can feel it.
Also, I'm starting to think that both Twilight and Spike are pairing up a little prematurely. How do we know that Rarity is going to show that two of her dearest friends have crushes on her? All we have shown is that Rarity is bent up on stallions....particularly Italian. Nothing that shows she's into mares as well as stallions.
We are slowly turning into a trainwreck: We have the ships Sparity, Rarilight, and Spilight (hey, it could happen!!) all coming on a course similar to the Titanic in the North Atlantic. Someone's gonna drown, figurately. I can feel it.
Spike is just completely giving up on Rarity and plans on helping Twilight get with her instead? This chapter has just about this story for me doing that to Spike.

Oh, it's just the classic:
"Oh thank you for saving us all!"
"No thanks is necessary!"
"Oh, okay then! Bye!"
"... okay, maybe a little thanks... hello?"
I wish I could hit the like button a few more times. This chapter was great!
Ah, breaking back to reality to break the monotony of the movie set. Ahhh, the moments of realization, and confrontation. Did not expect the Send-Celestia Good work with the characters, enjoyable.
3216050 I fixed the first two things, but I'm leaving the wrong fire for now. I can't figure out how to fix that one.
And I have to admit right now that I always screw up writing about Spike. Next time I'll really focus on improving that.
wow great chapter, gotta love spike. really hope this story ends up being a threesome with rarity, twilight, and spike. the lil dude really deserves it.
Aaah... poor Spike, always doing the better for his friends instead for himself. Poor guy *hugs him*

3214464 True, but most American stubborn tools take it to self-destructive levels.
Wonderful chapter, absolutely hilarious.
3216050 Maybe stuff doesn't get sent to Celestia unless it's burnt completely. Scrolls would be very easy to burn, and magazines wouldn't be that much harder.
An incomplete burning, on the other hand, might just cause the object to, well, get burnt. When Spike sneezed on the AAAtAAA in "Owl's Well That Ends Well", the thick cover of the book and the short burning time (a sneeze is quite brief) might have prevented transport. Similarly, Spike's fire may have been insufficiently strong to send Twilight to Celestia when he accidentally torched her in "It's About Time". I suppose other instances of Spike burning stuff could be explained in a similar fashion.
Him producing the card in "Spike at Your Service" is interesting, though. Maybe the dragon fire network has cloud data storage capabilities?
I suppose if Spike had paid enough attention in this chapter, he might have managed to only semi-burn the magazine and thus destroy it, but since he was a klutz...
3216050 3218015 Actually, I recall the episode "Griffon the Brush-Off," when Spike was given the hiccups and he kept accidentally sending scrolls to Princess Celestia. So it is possible for him to do it by accident. Had he been able to control it, the scrolls would have simply burned instead of getting mailed to her.
Hopefully that clears things up.
3218052 Eh, his fire's always been about as ambiguous as Twilight's power level. The gap between an Ursa Minor and a bunch of furry critters leaves quite a lot of room for speculation.
3218071 Yeah, sometimes the show isn't very consistent. Sweetie Belle's singing voice and Spike's propensity for chores are two more examples that come to mind.
Oh well, what can you do?
I like this very much
3218629 Absolutely not my intent, but I'm actually really surprised you say that considering the rest of the story.
I lol'd at spike accidentally sending the magazine to Celly. His confusion was funny as well. I look forward to moar!
That was great I thought it was rather funny Still feel sorry for Twilight since Rarity seems so bent up on Stallions I do hope things work out for Twilight and Rarity Also Spike really didn't give up he grew up I think, he is not dumb, he knows he has a crush on Rarity but he also is aware that he is very young. Besides if Rarity and Twilight get together he will be able to see here every day I WANT MOAR! If that is alright with you.
Back to this after a few days away and see multiple chapter update! Excellent news
I feel really bad for Spike now proud of him but bad for him. Twilight has a chance to tell Rarity how she feels, and he's already tried and got his answer. Might not work out for the best but now Twi's got that off her chest and has an ally to boot. Good show :mustache:
To go along with some of the other comments in this "meanwhile" chapter (welcomed, by the way) I am not sure how Spike's fire is supposed to work. He clearly expects it to incinerate stuff when he wants it to: it's a far better default for a dragon to send stuff away than burn it. But the flaw there is he's got to know what he's doing at all times. Hopefully he doesn't teleport a villain to Celestia without thinking. On the one hand, embarrassing and damaging mistake. On the other: the villain would be in a heap more trouble.
I dearly hope Luna enjoys her new present!!
Twilight now wants to be Photo Finish's student...?
>I won’t deny it’s appropriateness
I think you mean "its"
My title for this chapter after having finished it:
"Hello, and welcome to sex ed part two: Masturbation and how it affects you."
trust spike to fuck up AGAIN
Well sense Spike is backing off. I will just skip past the FIlly-Foller parts.
