52.Those early mornings

She was already up and about while everypony else was still hugging their blankets for comfort. Being a mailmare was a tough job, but somepony had to do it, Besides, Pinkie always had a sweet treat ready to help her through the day.

She happily noted that she’d be done early, which meant that she could get back home in time to make something special for Dinky. She hadn’t had a lot of time for her daughter lately, what with all the extra mail during the holidays. But she could make up for that on beautiful mornings such as these.
