153. Laughter

It comes easy to foals, moreso than others, and it shows us how life should really be. Less often, it comes to elder sisters and brothers, who think there’s more they should see. Some ponies think it doesn’t happen to adults, whose lives are full of responsibility and worry. The exception to the rule, not talking of those that also drool, is a pony named Pinkie. She plays in the sun, and helps everyone; a smile is what she’s always after. Though it seems kind of willy, and no doubt a bit silly, all she wants from us is laughter.
