“Spike want!” The no longer tiny dragon said as he added the gem of a pony to his rapidly growing hoard and ascended the side of a mountain.

He cringed every time he reflected on that horrible day. He had done some unforgivable things back then. He hoped he wouldn’t make the same mistake again.

Hoped he could control himself when another temptations like that arose.

But when his gem rolled against him with a soft sigh and a sleepy nuzzle he couldn’t help but smile. They would overcome any problems stemming from his greed. He was sure of it.
