150. Painting

Rainbow Dash felt awkward. She had never liked painting, and didn’t know why she was trying it now. Maybe it was because of the Wonderbolts canvass Applejack had gotten her; or maybe because she’d lost another bet with her marefriend.

It wasn’t like she could complain though. Fluttershy was pressed against her back, her big wings resting against Dash’s smaller ones while she explained which brushstrokes use. Her breath played around Dash’s ears as she told her which colors to mix, and their coats rubbing against one another sent shivers up Dash’s spine.

Maybe painting wasn’t so bad after all.
