Aaa, yeah, To be honest I really didn't think about it... so I'm sorry if I disappoint you know with this.., but here is a guess, since Dash is the element of loyalty she should be fine with it on the outside, but maybe deep inside it would piss her off, probably even more if Spitfire would completely leave behind the wonderbolts (she can lead the academy for talented young pegasis or something like that to stay in touch with them) and give up her great talent.
